Family Bank moves its Kisii branch to Zonic Hotel

Family Bank has relocated its branch to Zonic Hotel along Hospital Road, a more accessible and convenient location, to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

The new location complements the lender’s continuous plan to increase its branch network and is more spacious, secure, and offers a pleasant banking atmosphere with ample parking.

This move enables us to provide enhanced service delivery while leveraging digital banking solutions to complement our physical presence,” Family Bank CEO Nancy Njau said.

Kisii is a key commercial hub in Kenya’s western region, with a growing population and a business ecosystem that demands robust and responsive banking solutions. With more than a half of Kisii’s economic activity driven by the agriculture, the cosmopolitan county is also experiencing growth in hospitality industry, medical services and transport, and social stability.
